What a score here actually means.
What we measure, how much each part counts, and why.
A Hoosier Host Review score is not a vibe or a vendor claim. Each tool runs on a live portfolio for a full booking cycle before we score it. What follows is exactly how the score breaks down, and why.
Every rating starts with weeks of real use: messaging real guests and handling real turnovers, never a walkthrough of the demo.
The four things we score
- Time saved — 40%. Real hours back per week, measured against doing the job by hand.
- Fit — 30%. Compatibility with the channels and software you depend on.
- Value — 20%. Cost weighed against the money it makes or protects.
- Support — 10%. Whether you can reach a human quickly when something breaks at 11pm.
Scores come from use, not press releases. Nobody can pay to change where they land.
